Swim Meet at University of Miami

The Swim Club participated in club's second competition event since the start of the club. The men's and women's team went to the University of Miami and left with a close, 59-58, victory. The club is well on their way to building a successful foundation for competition. The club is also excited that the University of Miami has agreed to schedule another meet during the spring sememster. Congratulations! Keep up the great work.

 

Information on the Swim Club's first meet:

The Swim Club had their first meet this past weekend against other NCAA schools, St Leo’s, Rollins, University of Tampa, and Florida Southern. Although the club was unable to secure a team placement (because of club status), this was a great experience for the group and they look foward to expanding the club and competing more this season. Their next meet is at University of Miami on Nov 17.
